Nathan and his team were so courteous, on time, every time and always left the site rubbish free. The work was completed on schedule with no hidden costs. Nathan kept me up to date regularly on any potential variations and the contract was clear and concise. Since completion of the work I have had several impressed neighbours requesting Nathan's details for their own projects. I highly recommend Nathan and his team at forgeworx to anyone seriously considering any quality type of building or carpentry work. They're the best!
My husband, Terry and I were extremely happy with the building process with Nathan and we are delighted at the end result. When we initially met Nathan, he was the only builder who took the time to provide us with a detailed quote. Other builders would visit and just throw out a total or provide us with a very basic list.
Nathan took the time during the initial stages and visited us in person once quote was prepared, he sat down and walked us through it.
This gave us confidence in the person and business that we were trusting to build our home.
Everyone at Forgeworx had the same professional attitude and were invested in building the best version of what was in the plans, often suggesting improvements or alternative approaches that would solve issues that were not foreseen in the initial design. The quality of the build was fantastic and the communication was great throughout.
We engaged Forgeworx to demolish our old garage and build a new garage / studio. Nathan and the Forgeworx team delivered the project from the initial concept to completion in a very professional and accommodating manner. Nathan was recommended to us by a client who also did a first floor addition. He met with us several times to discuss our designs, options and expectations. He was clear about the costs, hidden traps, timeframe and importantly, the reality of our plans. Throughout the prolonged council approval he would regularly contact us to express his desire to work on the project and to keep us up to date with his availability.
The build itself was completed under budget and in the expected time. His crew were a pleasure to have onsite and treated us and our home with respect. All changes and unexpected construction issues were dealt with quickly and easily thanks to the crew’s attitude and experience.
At the end of construction, we had no outstanding, unfinished or substandard items that needed correction.
We have since used Nathan and his crew on other building projects and our neighbours also used Forgeworx for their extension.
