Our St Peter’s client bought this property in a completely run down and dilapidated state. This property was bought to be the clients principal place of residence, so we had some work to do. Our team stripped everything back and rebuilt it. We had to make some structural alterations to create a better use of the space, and then completed a complete internal fit out. All designs were that of the clients.
This complete renovation included an internal remodel and alterations, new structural floor systems throughout, new timber floors, internal linings, new kitchen, new bathroom, new stairs and balustrade. We altered the internal walls and ceiling to include a skylight, which opened up the kitchen and allowed natural light into the living area.
