Our clients in Kingsford requested a first-floor addition including 3 new bedrooms, ensuite, walk-in robe, playroom, and another bathroom. We even managed to fit a custom attic storage area in the roof space, plus created a garage and additional storage area under the existing house.
We also built a rear extension with a complete alteration and refurbishment of the original downstairs living areas which included a renovated bathroom, a brand new kitchen with custom timber bifold doors with built-in fly screen, leading out to the new undercover entertaining area. Complete with landscaped rear and front yards, new driveway and front entry area, plus new travertine to front stairs, side path and rear garden.
