Project Details

Our Earlwood client wanted a unique architecturally designed, self-contained granny flat, to use as a rental and as a second income, or for when the in-laws were looking to semi-retire and also help provide care to the family. The yard was an unused, desolate patch with a hideous asbestos clad shed in the middle of it. The landscaping between the two residences provides a nice outlook, as well as some privacy, without needing to put a fence between the two dwellings.

This project included new construction and build of a sub divided, self contained granny flat / studio apartment, complete with a new bedroom and ensuite, new kitchen, living & dining areas, new deck, external landscaping and a roller privacy gate.
